S3 Construction Ltd was derived from Build Tech Construction Ltd which was formed in 2001 by Derek & Tristan Paterson. We collectively have 76 years experience in the industry and have completed works in Auckland, South, Mid & North Canterbury, and the Chatham Islands. Our background is in commercial and residential construction with experience in site project management and senior management in large commercial construction. We are currently heavily involved in the Christchurch rebuild with residential repairs and rebuilds.
